Due to the ongoing pandemic and in line with the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 the Hospice of the Valleys Board of Trustees and it's members held a virtual Annual General Meeting on 19th November 2020.

We had planned to live-stream the meeting for the public but due to unforeseen technical issues this was not possible.
