Our focus is on your comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Hospice care is not about curing illness, it’s about helping you feel as comfortable as possible and making your remaining time meaningful. This includes ways to manage your symptoms, as well as practical and emotional support for you and those who matter most to you.

If your wish is to remain at home or return home from hospital sooner, our dedicated team will do everything possible to make that happen. With your permission, your Hospice Nurse will chat to your GP and work closely with district nurses to make sure your clinical care is fully coordinated and seamless. This joined-up approach means everyone involved is working together to provide the best possible support for you and your loved ones in the surroundings you are most comfortable in.
